Access to certain investment-related content or the Investor Portal may be limited to accredited investors as defined under applicable securities laws. By accessing such content, you represent that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

If you submit content through the Services (e.g., contact form submissions, inquiries), you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
You grant Hanford Investments a license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and operating the Services. We may remove any content that violates these Terms.

Hanford Investments currently operates a 501C fund. Certain properties previously associated with an earlier fund structure are not represented on this website, and no historical performance data or returns from those prior properties are shown or implied. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HANFORD INVESTMENTS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
13. Limitation Of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HANFORD INVESTMENTS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT WILL HANFORD INVESTMENTS LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hanford Investments LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, any content you submit, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk for the Company, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17 will survive any termination of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
17. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Rockwall County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
18. Changes To Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
